About Me

I am well traveled and bring a variety of different experiences to the table, from serving in the military to teaching in an elementary school. These experiences have made me a well-rounded individual not afraid to try things that are new and unfamiliar. I am able to adapt to change rapidly and always willing to learn.

Veteran

Air Force Veteran, Secure Communications Systems Tech. Served in Operation Desert Storm.

Digital Imaging Specialist

Using Photoshop, I digitally mix room scenes with different flooring materials to dramatically change the look of the original room.

Photographer

I love combining art and technology to capture images that will be cherished by future generations!

Traveler

Traveling is what I love best! I've been all across the US, Europe, Asia, and ready to add to my list of destinations.

Developer

I like to develop great looking, responsive websites using the latest software.

Teacher

I teach STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) to students in second through fifth grade.

Coding

Learning never stops! I work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Sass, Node.js, MongoDB, Bootstrap, Wordpress, Git, and many others. Always ready to take on new challenges.

Projects

The Spiced Apple

I created the Spiced Apple website using HTML5, CSS3, JavaSCript and provided all of the photography. The website is responsive and looks great on both mobile devices and wide screens.

My Photography

I started my studio, Copperdog Photography, back in 2005. I've photographed weddings, engagements, high school seniors, families, and products, both in-studio and on location. I use Canon, Sony, and Fuji cameras and lenses. Below is a small sampling of some of my work.
